Join us for relaxing and rejuvenative Winter Solstice community acupuncture. Thank the departing year, and welcome the coming new year with resilient grace. Share light yoga, then relax in shavasana with a guided meditation and community acupuncture from Jiling Lin, LAc, while soaking in relaxing music. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a journal (optional).

Want to feel grounded, centered, relaxed, and better able to meet life's challenges with resilient grace? Join us for a mini-acupuncture treatment on the last Friday of each month, from 7- 8 PM. Your individualized mini- treatment may help relieve stress, ease pain, support immunity, boost energy, balance sleep, and more.
Never had acupuncture before? This is a great way to try it out. Repeats are welcome, too! Even if you already experienced acupuncture, whether with us or at another location, you are still invited!
This is a drop-in clinic. You may arrive between 7-8 PM. Appointments are recommended, but not required.
